Project Management
After receiving the RFQ from customer, we will provide the tooling and molding quotation within 2 workingdays. When we quote the project, our engineers also will review the parts design with the professional eyeswhether they are any potential issue, whether it’s the part design is easy to make the mold. Any suggestionto optimize the mold layout, help the part easier molded, shorten the delivery time and save the cost will besubmmited together with the quotation to improve their part design
Once receiving the formal PO, our engineering department, tooling department and quality controldepartment will have a meeting to make the manufacture schedule, optimize the mold design and discusshow to quarantee the critical dimensions, and how to shorten the delivery time and save the cost, meanwhileguarantee high quality of the molds in detailed ways
Our designer starts with mold structure design according to the customer’s requirement and mold standardafter the meeting. Then submmit the mold preliminary layout and listen to customers’ feedback and adviceThen we wil improve the prelimianry layout with detailed mold drawings and component drawings to ourcustomer. As soon as we receive your approval, we will start to order the material and start to machine. Anda project engineer who has rich experience in mold technigue will be appointed to follow yp the project andcommunicate with customers.
In the mold process, a weekly report with digital pictures willbe sent to our customer on each Monday or Friday to help customers track up the project closely
After the 1st tria, we will provide 5 to 10 FOc samples for customer’s approval with FAI report which will be provided within 5 working days
Before shipping the mold, we wilrun the mold for 4-6 hours to resove the potential problem while the mold wil be in mass production. Mould package wil be arranged togetherwith electrodes and some spare parts requested, Steel Material Guarantee, and Hardness Report to customer for reference

measurement,tolerance,
assembly test, functionalitytest etc.
Submit acceptance standard report to customer for approva
2.Set up for injection molding
Plastic resin and injection mold preparation,injection machinereservation.
Set up the mold and adjust injection parameter for stableproduction.
IPQC in the production process according to goldensamples/acceptance standard.
3.Quality Audit
Conduct final inspection according to the acceptance standardestablished.
Submit inspection report to customer prior to shipping.
4.Packing and shipping
We provide various shipping services and terms
Carton box and pallet packing to ensure safety.
5.After service
