How to Work
From an injection mold order confirmed to completed, we have a standard procedure to follow, it makes both internal and our customers to be always clear about where we are, we garantee the transition of each step are easy and smooth, this is how we we start and compelte your injection mold project:

Step 1. 3D modeling and product development using Pro/E, requiring:
A.provision of 2D sketches B,samples C,engineering drawings D,technical parameters, and functional requirements

Step 2 Quotation meets the conditions
1.Sample, 2.Parts 3 D, Or 2 D Figure 3.A schematic diagram of the component is also acceptable, but at least the dimensions such as length, width, and height must be indicated 4.Relevant specification requirements (coating, printing, assembly, etc.) 5.Delivery location (factory transfer? Export?)

Step 3, Kick off meeting, DFM report
Collect all the information have beendiscussed, initial first version DFM reportand send it to customer for evaluation

Step 4, Injection mold design
After all details in DFM have beendiscussed through, mold design will becompleted and provided to customerwithin 2-3 days.

Step 5, Mold manufacturing
Injection mold making lead time usually3-6 weeks depends on mold size,complexity.

molded plastic samples will besubmitted to customer together withdimension report, injection moldingparameter, samping report, normally it is95%+ of perfection.

Step 7,Improvements andsecond time trial out
Aim for 1-2 times sampling beforeinjection mold is approved. Sometimespart design adjustments from the endcustomers lead to mold modification.

Step 8, Thorough verificationpiror to shipping
Thorough checking before shippingand keep it in record,Do a small automatically run and CPKreport study to make sure toolingstability.

Step 9, Packing andpreparation for shipping
Packing the mold with wooden box.Packages include all 2d/3d mold designdrawings, NC programming data,copper, spare parts, interchangeableinserts, etc.

Step 10, After serivice
We provide free replacements or coverthe extra cost for any damages occurreddue to non-operation causes for exportmold. For injection mold that stays in house formolding production, we provide life timewarranty.
